GOOGLE has one based on the enormous Google database; it shows the number of actual searches for a particular keyword or phrase. It's called
Google Suggest: http://www.google.com/webhp?complete=1&hl=en.
Wordtracker and Overture both have similar tools -- though their results are derived from vastly smaller samples, and both seem much less reliable than Google's.

Here's a page that generates a table comparing Wordtracker and Overture results for your search terms, and for similar and related terms: http://www.123promotion.co.uk/ppc/index.php
Good Keywords is a small software program, available to download at no charge, which shows how many web pages are registered by different search engines, for any keyword or phrase you enter

Search-Engine Keyword Search (tells whether a specified web page appears in the top 3 results pages of each of 9 major search engines, for any chosen search term): http://www.marketleap.com/services/freetools/default.htm
L I N K Analyzers:
To see how many pages in the database of a given search engine are linking to a particular URL:
ENTER IN SEARCH ENGINE of your choice: link:www.domain.com or link:domain.com;
link:www.subdomain.domain.com
or link:subdomain.domain.com;
link:www.subdomain.domain.com/blahblah.html
or link:subdomain.domain.com/blahblah.html
Some search engines will include all subdomains in the results, if you enter:
link.all:www.domain.com or link.all:domain.com
Each of these 3 will show results for 6 major search engines (though you may find that their results don't always agree : ^ ): http://www.submitexpress.com/linkpop/

Google Sitemap Generator and Editor: http://www.sitemaps.blocklayer.com/Default.aspx
-- a superb tool for creating Google sitemaps! Nothing to download; just enter the URL of your site, click a button, and the sitemap is made!! (Unfortunately, just days after I discovered this, it disappeared from the web!! ... leaving nothing but a "404 Not Found" message.)
Google Sitemap Generator #2: http://www.auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp
-- a poor replacement for the above; more elaborate and complex, and requiring a lengthy download ... but still preferable to making the sitemaps by hand.
To see how many (and which) pages of a given domain are listed by a chosen search engine, enter: site:www.domain.com or site:domain.com
To see how many (and which) incoming links are listed by a chosen search engine, enter: link:www.domain.com or link:domain.com
This page -- http://www.uptimebot.com/ -- will show a comparison of results for multiple search engines, both for pages listed and incoming links.

XML Validators: http://www.virtualpromote.com/tools/validate-xml/
http://www.w3schools.com/dom/dom_validate.asp
(Something funny here: I plugged-in the URL of my page to be checked, and the result was a BLANK page! Then I looked at the source-code for the blank page, and saw, "The file <b>http://blah-blah-blah.xml</b><br />Validated Successfully without Errors"!! There was a JavaScript, intended to perform a "document.write" function, writing that result to the web page -- but the JavaScript was apparently not written properly! Initially, seeing "w3schools" in the URL of the validator, I had assumed this was a site connected with "w3.org", the World Wide Web Consortium. NOT the case, however: it's registered to an individual in Hommersak, Norway! : ^ )
Many of these links came from Michael Low, Chief Editor of www.HostAZ.com - "the definitive A-Z guide to cheap web hosting." (You can visit that website for inexpensive-hosting recommendations -- CAVEAT EMPTOR: though Mr. Low gives a 5-star recommendation to HostingU.com, my own experience, and that of many others, is that HostingU.com does not deliver what it advertises! [Mr. Low has been informed of this, and continues to give a 5-star recommendation.] -- and www.SitePub.com for more information and resources regarding website publishing.)
